Blueberry Pudding Recipe

Blueberry Pudding is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert which is healthy as well.

To make this pudding, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups low-fat small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey

For this very easy recipe, all you need to do is add all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend it about 4 minutes until it is smooth.

That's all you have to do! No baking or challenging techniques required. It makes about 6 servings and looks great in a pretty serving bowl or in 6 sherbet or ice cream dishes.
