Blueberry Recipes for Kids

There are many blueberry recipes that are great for kids. You will get your kids to eat healthy and they will love it!

My kids are always more likely to eat anything that has a smiley face! Blueberries are great for making faces, especially the eyes and nose on your waffles or pancakes.

They are also great mixed in with your batter when making waffles or pancakes.

My kids love blueberry muffins from the pre-packaged mix at the store. With a little patience on mom's part, we can make these together and then the kids really love to eat them.

Some of the other recipes that my kids love are:

Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles

Blueberry Dazzler Juice

Blueberry Pudding

Blueberry Cheesecake Squares

Blueberry Jello Salad

Blueberry and Banana Cream Pie

My kids also like to help me prepare a fruit salad with several types of fruits including blueberries. This takes patience and can get messy, but the memories will last a lifetime (as will the healthy eating habits).

Other ways to enjoy blueberries with your kids is to give them a serving of blueberries in a bag for a snack. The problem I have had with this is that I have 3 boys who think they look like little balls to throw at each other!!!

My boys also like frozen blueberries on their vanilla ice cream and also in their yogurt.

If you have any ideas to add, that would be greatly appreciated. With 3 young boys, I am always happy for helpful suggestions. Please just contact me with any suggestions or ideas.
